Let’s start at the beginning...
I’m Sophie Conidi, one of the Principle Participants and Founding Members of the Magical Worry Tree Foundation. Many years ago, when my twin boys were little and out of sorts at times... I would desperately try to find something to help them relax and settle back into themselves. Then, one day, we discovered the Magical Worry Tree. It quickly became my sons favourite story. No joking, every time they needed to be uplifted, one of them would run to get the book of the shelf for me to read...
My sons have long since grown up and left home. But the Magical Worry Tree is still alive in our hearts and is the inspiration for this foundation.
As I’ve already shared with you, I’m a fierce lioness when it comes to children, not just when it comes to protecting my own children, but children in general. As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child.
Our young ones struggle today. Many influences of modern technologies and information overload as well as negative impacts on our natural habitat, have disconnected man, woman and child from their deepest inner connection, nature. This has had a devastating impact on our ability to self-heal.
I have been reflecting on this for a long time and decided to do something about this.
This is why I wanted to be involved in the Magical Worry Tree Foundation. I wanted to create events which are dedicated to the education, support and mentoring of community participants who are recovering from trauma, separation, loss and lack of wellbeing. The Magical Worry Tree Foundation provides nourishing community events to explore, learn and heal.
The foundation shall assist community participants to gain education in the field of wellbeing, parenting, creativity and deep relaxation in an environment filled with the frequency of love.

The Magical Worry Tree Foundation as part of Our Sacred Place Community offers a positive high frequency environment of profound peace and relaxation. It’s doors are open to children and adults to provide a space to heal, play and thrive.
The Magical Worry Tree Foundation supports its members to improve their wellbeing and vitality through a variety of community events. Members will explore ways of feeling and being that rebuilds trust in their own ability to self-heal. This has a rippling effect how they meet the world around them. It gives them courage to try new things and expand their horizons.
The Magical Worry Tree offers events for children, adults and families to rebuild their emotional and energetic resilience in a rapidly changing world.
The Magical Worry Tree is passionate about the most vulnerable members of our societies, our children who will be reshaping the new world. Therefore it is imperative to provide an environment that offers peace and creativity to shift trauma.
The Magical Worry Tree Foundation offers resources that bring profound self-understanding to parents and community members in general.
We are a Private Membership by Association community. This is a private, membership-based unincorporated organisation and is functioning for humanitarian purposes to improve the lives of communities.
All profits go to humanitarian services. The Magical Worry Tree Foundation is dedicated to the education, support and mentoring of community participants who wish to explore new ways of connecting in community to heal, play and thrive.
It’s providing members and their families the foundations, knowledge and wisdom they need to rebuild trust in themselves as well as our vastly changing world.
The foundation shall assist community participants to gain education in the field of relaxation, creativity and play that aids the healing and growth of children.

Sophie is the creator of Our Sacred Place and Principle Participant and Founding Member of the Magical Worry Tree Foundation. She is passionate about children’s inner and outer wellbeing with the desire for them to grow and flourish.
Seeing the impacts of the COVID years due to isolation, lockdowns, etc., Sophie decided to do something about it and create a pathway for children and their families to self-heal, restore and rebuild gently, together.
After working in the corporate sector as an accountant in 2001, Sophie took a leap of faith and followed her inspiration by entering into the world of wellness and healing through massage.
She already had a strong interest in the healing effects of massage – her twin boys were elite gymnasts at the VIS at the time and she spent many hours massaging them to aid recovery.
Sophie also massaged in a personal training studio, which led her to providing massage support to triathletes at the World Triathlete Championships in Hawaii in 2005.
Coming from a corporate background, Sophie founded Massage2Motivate in 2005 with the initial intention of bringing massage into the workplace. The business started small by providing corporate massages to clients based in Melbourne; however, after landing a national contract soon after, Massage2Motivate quickly expanded providing corporate and event massage services Australia wide
and occasionally New Zealand.
Recognising the many benefits of massage, Sophie wanted to make massage accessible to everyone. This lead to Massage2Motivate also providin and aged care massage across Australia, particularly for the elderly on home care packages, providing regular massage to help the elderly stay in their homes for longer.
In late 2022, Sophie had itchy feet again, feeling the need and knowing so strongly that there was also another way she could serve humanity. Since her children had become independent and grown up, her desire rose within her heart and soul to create something special for little ones and teens to heal from past trauma, fear and anxiety, especially post COVID years. This is how Our Sacred Place came into being.
Not only did Sophie birth two beautiful twin boys, but she breastfed them for two whole years... at the same time, particularly as infants.
Having been born into the arms of a lively Greek Family, Sophie is breathing community with every ounce of her being. Even though she is a busy woman, she still finds time to pour love into delicious food and sharing it with family and friends.
The great thing about being the ‘black sheep’ in the family is, that after a while you’ve got permission by everyone to be different, unique and kind of the entertainment of your tribe. You become a sort of trend setter... like they can’t wait to hear what you are up to next.
Like the time, Sophie shared with her family and friends that she had just walked over red hot coals, took part in board breaking and fire eating... She found that the hot coals experience was one of the most exhilarating ones in her life ‘If I can do that, I can do anything’
